Opinion text
En banc rehearing: EDWARDS, Judge. At the reargument counsel for all parties conceded that Gerald J. Fryou no longer had any ownership interest in the property. Therefore, his appeal, seeking a declaratory judgment concerning his rights in the property, is moot. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s cost. APPEAL DISMISSED.
