GARRISON, Judge. For the reasons assigned in No. 13312, Daniel E. Coates vs. Fairgrounds Corporation and Irwin Magri, Jr., the judgment of the trial court is reversed in part and affirmed in part. REVERSED IN PART, AFFIRMED IN PART. KLEES, J., concurs.
