ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING JOAN BERNARD ARMSTRONG, Judge. The application for rehearing of AMF-BRD, Inc. (“AMF BRD”) is denied. As AMF-BRD was the fabricator of the tank, it was the duty of AMF-BRD, not NACC, to apply the warning to the tank.
