887 So.2d 463 (2004) Fred D. KIDD, Sr. v. BROWN RADIATOR & FRAME. No. 2004-C-1961. Supreme Court of Louisiana. November 15, 2004. Granted and remanded. The court of appeal's determination that the Office Of Workers' Compensation Hearing Officer's ruling is interlocutory and not a final appealable judgment is hereby reversed. We hereby remand this matter to the court of appeal for an opinion on the merits. KIMBALL, J., would deny.
