In re Crowson, David; — Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Iberville, 18th Judicial District Court Div. C, No. 296-03; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2009 KW 0260. Writ denied. Due to the procedural posture of this case, we decline to exercise our supervisory authority at this time. The defendant has an adequate remedy on appeal in the event of a conviction.
