C, No. 489-968; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-0275. Writ Granted. The relator represents that the district court has failed to rule on outstanding discovery motions. If the district court has not yet acted, the district court is ordered to consider and rule on any motions immediately. KNOLL, J., would deny.
