38 So.3d 311 (2010) STATE of Louisiana v. Derrick REMBLE and Nia McCloud. No. 2010-KK-1348. Supreme Court of Louisiana. June 14, 2010. The ruling of the trial court granting the defendants' motion to suppress statements is reversed. See State v. Roach, 322 So.2d 222 (La.1975). The stay is denied, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings. WEIMER, J., dissents. Before acting on this matter, I would request an opposition from the defendant.
