SUPREME COURT OF LOUISIANA
No. 2021-CC-00236
MARTIN JONES
VS.
NEO FABRICS, INC., ET AL.
On Writ of Certiorari to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit,
Parish of Orleans Civil
PER CURIAM
Granted. Under the facts presented, we find the district court did not abuse its
great discretion in granting relator’s motion in limine. See La. Code Evid. art. 403.
Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment
of the district court is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further
proceedings.
