n Writ of Certiorari to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East
Baton Rouge
PER CURIAM
Granted. Considering the specific facts and circumstances of these
proceedings, we find the court of appeal erred in exercising its supervisory
jurisdiction and reversing the district court’s evidentiary ruling. Accordingly, the
judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is
reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
