UPERVISORY WRIT TO THE 15TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT,
PARISH OF LAFAYETTE
PER CURI
AM:
WRIT GRANTED. The trial court erred in declaring Lafayette Consolidated
Ordinance §62-32(7) unconstitutional. The matter became moot upon the release of
Anthony Willis, as the relief sought in his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus had
been obtained. Therefore, we grant the present writ application and vacate the
judgment of the trial court declaring Lafayette Consolidated Ordinance §62-32(7)
unconstitutional.
