On Supervisory Writ to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans
PER CURIAM:
Pursuant to Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U.S. 307, 99 S.Ct. 2781, 61 L.Ed.2d 560
(1979), we find that there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction for
direct contempt, La.C.Cr.P. art. 21(1), (5). Accordingly, we vacate the conviction
and sentence.
REVERSED
