Writ granted. We reverse the cour t of appeal’s ruling in State v. Melendez ,
2021-0597 (La. App. 4 Cir. 11/10/21) (unpub’d). We reinstate the district court’s
August 24, 2021 ruling, which denied post -conviction relief. See State v. Reddick ,
2021-01893 (La. 10/21/22), 351 So.3d 273.
