filed by petitioner, John Lynn Ponder, and the recommendation of t he Office of
Disciplinary Counsel that the petition be granted,
IT IS ORDERED that the petition of John Lynn Ponder, Louisiana Bar Roll
number 18722, for permanent retirement from the practice of law be and is hereby
granted, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20.2. This order shall be effective
immediately.
