N RE: JEREMY ZIVKO SOSO
AT
TORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING
P
ER CURIAM
Th e Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) commenced an investigation
into allegations that respondent failed to communicate with two clients, failed to
make reasonable efforts to expedite litigation, failed to timely provide a client’s file
upon request, and failed to obtain his client’s written consent to include co-counsel
in a contingency fee agreement, in violation of Rules 1.4, 1.16(d), 3.2, and 8.4(a) of
the Rules of Professional Conduct. Respondent and the ODC submitted a joint
petition for consent discipline. Having reviewed the petition,
IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Consent Discipline be accepted and that
Jeremy Zivko Soso, Louisiana Bar Roll number 31974, be publicly reprimanded. It
is further ordered that respondent shall complete the next available session of the
Louisiana State Bar Association’s Ethics School.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs and expenses in the matter are
assessed against respondent in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 10.1,
with legal interest to commence thirty days from the date of finality of this court’s
judgment until paid.
