Writ granted. The contempt hearing at issue herein was first scheduled on
March 14, 2023 to be heard on March 23. On that date, the contempt hearing was
reassigned to April 26, 2023. All of these dates fall within 30 days prior to the
original call or within the legislative session itself. The continuance is therefore
granted. The matter is remanded to the trial court to set a new date for the contempt
hearing in accordance with La. R.S. 13:4163(E)(2)(a).
