ORDER
_____________________________________________________________
Upon review of the findings and recommendations of the hearing committee
and the disciplinary bo ard, and considering the record as well as petitioner’s
objection to the board’s report,
IT IS ORDERED that the petition for reinstatement be denied. Petitioner may
not reapply for reinstatement until he has (1) addressed the fee dispute with Byron
Norris through the Louisiana State Bar Association’s fee dispute resolution program,
and (2) been evaluated by the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program and abided
by any recommendation of said evaluation. However, in no event shall petitioner
reapply for reinstatement until one year has passed from the date of this order.
