Granted. Finding the existence of genuine issues of material fact which
preclude summary judgment, the district court judgment granting summary judgment
in favor of Baton Rouge General Medical Center and the court of appeal judgment
affirming the grant of summary judgment are reversed. This matter is remanded to
the district court for further proceedings.
