Our opinion in this case is not altogether in accord with the liberal interpretation that was put upon article 1698 of the Code of 1825 in the Succession of Caballero (Mrs. Conte) v. Executor, , where it was held that the legitimation by marriage, subsequent to the making of a will, of a child born previous to the making of the will, had the effect of annulling the will.
