DOMENGEAUX, Judge. For the reasons this day handed down in the case of Johnson v. Johnson, our number 3993, 268 So.2d 114 , the issue presented by the appeal taken herein has become moot and accordingly this appeal is dismissed at appellant’s costs. Appeal dismissed.
