Opinion text
HAWTHORNE, Justice (dissenting). *431 I am of the opinion that the evidence in this case is not sufficient to show that the deceased expressly empowered her son to donate these bonds to her granddaughter, and for this reason I dissent. In my view the express mandate of a deceased person to donate property should be established by strong and convincing evidence.
