Opinion text
262 So.2d 787 (1972) 262 La. 188 Elena Anna LAURO et vir v. The TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY et al. No. 52512. Supreme Court of Louisiana. June 15, 1972. Writ denied. Although applicant complains of the instructions to the jury by the trial court judge, the Court of Appeal made an independent determination from the record that defendants were not guilty of negligence. SANDERS, BARHAM and TATE, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
