288 So.2d 354 (1974) Victor BUSSIE et ux. v. Mrs. Blanche Revere LONG et al. No. 54250. Supreme Court of Louisiana. January 25, 1974. Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law in its judgment. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that writ should be granted. CALOGERO, J., I dissent from refusal to grant this writ believing that the issues presented in this application are of such importance as to warrant review by the State's highest court.
