In re: Leda Towing Company, Inc., Leon C. Vial, III and David J. Vial applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of St. Charles. 286 So.2d 802 . Application denied; the judgment of the court of appeal is correct on the main demand; as for the third party demand, it is still pending in the district court. See C. C.P. Art, 1039. See McCoy v.
