In re: Mrs. Mary Kipp applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of West Baton Rouge, 307 So.2d 125 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the court of appeal, the result is correct. There is no conflict between Brasseaux v. Girouard, 269 So.2d 590 , on rehearing, and the present decision.
