310 So.2d 643 (1975) Mrs. Mary KIPP v. Jimmy HURDLE and Mrs. Helen R. Hurdle. No. 56013. Supreme Court of Louisiana. April 11, 1975. Writ refused. On the facts found by the court of appeal, the result is correct. There is no conflict between Brasseaux v. Girouard, 269 So.2d 590 , on rehearing, and the present decision.
