In re: Chin See Fun applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 344 So.2d 8 , Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. Writ denied. Based on the assignment of errors, we find no merit in the application. DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
