October 28, 1977. Writ denied: The result is correct. DIXON, J., concurs. The language and apparent reasons for the rulings of some of the holdings of the Court of Appeal seem incorrect, but for factual reasons disclosed in the Court of Appeal opinion, plaintiff properly could not recover.
