GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Guin v. State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways et al., our Docket No. 6486, 360 So.2d 1185 , the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost. AFFIRMED.
