376 So.2d 1271 (1979) LAZYBUG SHOPS, INC. v. AMERICAN DISTRICT TELEGRAPH CO. No. 65840. Supreme Court of Louisiana. October 26, 1979. Writ denied. TATE, CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ. The limitation of liability did not in terms exclude liability for the defendant's breach of contract. The plaintiff is entitled to the return of the money paid for a worthless burglary alarm system.
