548 So.2d 1230 (1989) Thelma FARLEY v. PAT TODD OIL COMPANY, INC. et al. No. 89-C-1412. Supreme Court of Louisiana. September 29, 1989. Denied. The result is correct. LEMMON, J., concurs. The payments were made under the medical payments feature of defendant's policy and the payment was due irrespective of defendant's liability in tort. DENNIS and WATSON, JJ., would grant the writ.
