551 So.2d 618 (1989) STATE of Louisiana v. Darren JAMES. No. 89-KO-1384. Supreme Court of Louisiana. November 17, 1989. Denied. DENNIS, J., would grant the writ. LEMMON, J., would grant to consider whether the trial court erred in denying the motion to suppress the identification. However, the error, if any, may be harmless. See State v. Thomas, 406 So.2d 1325 (La.1981).
