604 So.2d 970 (1992) David McMAHON v. LOUISIANA INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION. No. 92-C-1583. Supreme Court of Louisiana. September 18, 1992. Denied. MARCUS, J., would grant, being of the opinion that LIGA is entitled to a credit for the worker's compensation benefits received by plaintiff. See my dissent in Senac v. Sandefer, 418 So.2d 543 (La.1982).
