In re Thibodeau, Kevin L.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CA92 1050; Parish of St. Mary, 16th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 83,855. Granted in part. The case is remanded to the court of appeal to reconsider the award of total damages in the light of Chamberlain v. State, 624 So.2d 874 (1993). Otherwise, denied.
