632 So.2d 758 (1994) Dennis W. MOORE, et al. v. CRYSTAL OIL COMPANY, et al. No. 93-C-3103. Supreme Court of Louisiana. February 25, 1994. *759 Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. Because there are genuine issues of material fact as to whether the contract work was part of the principal's trade, business or occupation, motion for summary judgment is denied.
