In re Simmons, Tommy B.; — Plaintiffs); applying for motion to enforce this Court’s Order dated January 26, 1996; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “A”, No. 284-858. Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Simmons v. Stadler, 93-1852 (La. 1/26/96), 666 So.2d 661 , within thirty days.
