635 So.2d 1118 (1994) Bill HANKS, et al. v. SHELL OIL CO. No. 94-C-0483. Supreme Court of Louisiana. April 4, 1994. Granted. The judgments of the lower courts are set aside, and the motion for summary judgment is denied. See Moore v. Crystal Oil Co., 632 So.2d 758 (La.1994).
