In re Wellteeh, Inc.; — Plaintiffs); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 95-CA-0676; Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, Div. “K”, No. 467-749. Writ granted. The decision of the court of appeal is vacated, and the case is remanded to the court of appeal to consider whether the obligations of the Intermediaries to Aba-die are exempt from seizure by La.R.S. 13:3881(D).
