In re Davenport, Winfred, Jr.; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Avoyelles, 12th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 86,284; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW97-0535. Granted. Judgment of the trial court is vacated and set aside. Case is remanded to trial court to issue an appropriate order permitting access to the crime scene by defendant and his counsel.
