CRICHTON, J., additionally concurs: h Unlike his original application addressed by this Court in July 2016, see In re Comm. on Bar Admissions CFN-653816, 2016-1290 (La. 7/8/16), 197 So.3d 160 , in my view, petitioner has now made a sufficient showing to take the February 2017 Louisiana State Bar Examination. Upon satisfactorily passing the exam, a commissioner should be appointed to consider character and fitness issues.
