LANDRIEU, J., CONCURS WITH REASONS. hi concur in the result. I agree the trial court’s judgment is an interlocutory judgment from which an appeal does not lie. I would pretermit the issue of whether sanctions are warranted until such time (if ever) as a proper appeal is before this Court.
