PER CURIAM Granted. Considering the unique facts presented, we find the district court erred in granting the exception of non joinder. The fault of all persons responsible, whether parties or non-parties, may be addressed pursuant to La. Civ. Code arts. 2323 and 2324. Accordingly, the judgment of the district court is reversed, and the case remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
