Reconsideration Denied. HUGHES, J., would grant and assigns reasons. Hughes, J., would grant reconsideration. Respectfully, given the odyssey this case has taken, the trial court is in the best position to determine whether defendant was properly re-indicted after his original convictions were overturned.
