SULLIVAN, Judge. The judgment of the trial court is reversed in part, affirmed in part, and rendered for the reasons assigned in Edwards v. Daugherty, 00-606 (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/14/00) ; 769 So.2d 611 . All costs of this appeal are assessed one-half to Sphere Drake and one-half to Plaintiffs. REVERSED IN PART, AFFIRMED IN PART, AND RENDERED.
