AMY, Judge. For reasons assigned in the companion case of Lacassane Co., Inc. v. Jardin Minerals Co., 02-1491 (La.App. 3 Cir.5/28/03); 847 So.2d 704 , 2003 WL 21229567 , the summary judgment granted by the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assigned to the appellants, BAAL Land Corporation, BAAL Minerals, Inc., KGB/KB Trust, KGB/KL Trust, KGB/LE Trust, KGB/AM Trust, Bruiere Minerals Co., Ronald F. Brewer and Katherine G. Brewer. AFFIRMED.
