THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State of Louisiana v. Cynthia Anderson, 04-30 (La.App. 3 Cir. *346 7/7/04) , 877 So.2d 336 , 2004 WL 1496835 , the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
