ELLIS, Judge: This case is consolidated with the case of Barbin et al. v. State of Louisiana, *143 through the Department of Revenue, Joseph N. Traigle, Director, La.App., 307 So. 2d 140 . For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment appealed from is affirmed, with defendant to pay all costs for which it may be liable under law. Affirmed.
