CHASEZ, Judge. This suit is a companion suit to No. 1008 entitled Mrs. Theresa Bohlender, widow of August F. Friedel, Sr. v. Bayou Tours, Inc., and Marquette Casualty Company, La.App., 156 So.2d 255 , and for the reasons set forth in that matter, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed. Affirmed. REGAN, J., concurs.
