BAILES, Judge Pro Tem. This is the companion case to Neese et al. v. Guillory et al., No. 10163 on the docket of this Court decided this date. 310 So.2d 660 . For the reasons assigned in the above cited companion suit, the judgment appealed is affirmed at appellants’ cost. Affirmed.
