HARDY, Judge. This is a habeas corpus proceeding and plaintiff appeals from judgment recalling the writ and rejecting her demands. This action is a companion case to that of O’Pry v. O’Pry, La.App., 163 So.2d 807 . For the reasons assigned in the opinion in the above styled case the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
