GLADNEY, Judge. This is one of two consolidated suits arising out of an automobile accident which occurred October 31, 1962 on Louisiana Highway No. 1 in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. For the reasons assigned in Fulgium v. Lamb, 179 So.2d 676 , this day decided, the demands of the plaintiff herein, Mrs. Joyce F. Lamb, are rejected and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
